My sis in law was call to discuss from her children school that all afternoon class will be move to morning class starting Aug.

She have 2 kids in afternoon class now.
The school is not big so now very kecoh that the school need to squeeze all afternoon class together with morning class student

School say is arahan from government.

Do you wash your shoes often or sent to those speclist for cleaning?

I have few sports shoe are getting dirty in color even though I wash it once a month.

What kind of cleaning kit you guys use and that are effective?
I see shopee macam macam but not sure which to buy.

Sending to speclist cleaning is crazy expensive than my shoe.

Got my budget spec and brand
So within my area tarak. Found in mytukar/carsome that my dream car is in other state that I can buy online and 5day return if I not happy with it. ( Can bring to futher check with my own car mechanic)

my company ask me to come back office to take something and they required me to self test. but i just done it last friday so i dont want to retest again.

Since MCO 2020, 1 house at my kampung is vacant.
Suddenly I check my bills.. there are water billing every month min even thou is vacant since 2020

New properties vs Second Properties

Hi There

Since MCO hits i am frequently working from home hence ( current renting) i am planning to have my own house. ( with spouse)
so i like my area and i am searching high and low for condo's / apartment within my budget

so after few month comparing. got 3-4 selection ( budget RM4XXK)

1. New Cond/ Apartment 900sf - free lawyer fees + free whatever
pros: New/ free lawyer fees + whatever is free + 2Carparks
Cons: high density ( over 1K unit ) + need to pay for reno ( estimate about another 50K maybe)
super high floor (40floor and above available)

2. 2005y condo with good neigbour hood .. about the same price with the new one.
Pros: 1100 Sf , better location ( not far from the new condo anyway)
Low density.. only 300unit
Cons: Need to pay lawyer + broker fees + might need a bit touch up ( paint and whatsoever ) cheaper than do the whole reno
1 Car park
lower floor but the view is ok since is on high ground.. ( 2nd floor, max 5 storey)

I am trying to access.. what are the other Pros and cons for new house.

i am using Maxis broadband.. these days stupid maxis very teruk at my place.
and sometimes I cannot have a meeting due to bad connection( online meeting)
. so I am searching if there is any internet plan like unifi / time that can have also sim card to us to use when not at home..
