How to pack Durian and send it overseas?

Guys need advise here
I gotta send durians out ... well i ask my frens in china for help and i gotta repay their kindness
so they like durian very much ...
question are ...

1. how to pack durians and send it over ... will it last around 2 to 3 weeks if i use freight ship?
2. any taxes etc or possible charges?
3. any recommendation for forwarder/smuggler?

Buying agricultural land

Please advise me...
Recently i fancy ideas to own land maybe for durians/fruits/fishing pond/resorts/niteclub
and i manage to find a land at reasonable price thru my fren
but my fren wants to be apart share

ok ... i did abit of homework ,
land loans are 50% max out of the selling price
before finalize, gotta hire land surveyor to check the border and size

questions are ...

1. Can a land title have 2 names that shows how many percent shares that I own like in a company?
there might be a situation i am paying 60% while he fork the balance out

2. If No, that means i gotta make a Sdn Bhd to own that land ?

3. Both of us are sharing to serve the installement for loan monthly, if one unable to service it due to financial difficulty within a time frame ... can we set terms where the potion left must be sell at certain fix price minus the owed installement?

4. How much percent will lawyer fees cost usually out of the total selling price?

wanna ask for recommendation of A4 laser printer ... only function as laser printer
black n white only ...

points i am looking at ...

easy to buy... if its down, i immediately get a new one same model

easy to get its toner ... at one purchase i will buy probably at least 10 sets

cheap toner price at acceptable/good quality ...

looking forward to print estimate 10,000 of a4 papers per month or more

this is not the first time but he had work for me for past 10 years
taking consideration into that else i would had fire him 2 years ago

but now recently this d*** begins to absence and giving stupid reasons without mcs
or even no calls that boils me up ... even after i shoot him with first warning letter

This worker being absence for more then 2 days (5 days to be exact) without notice
I can even prove this worker is not in my plant with cctv recordings

Can i possible fire him without compensation ?

Did read the labor law online but seems i cant find it. Must be i miss it

as per title
I recently got a car ... the stock HU is Pioneer DEH5150UB (MOSFET 50w x 4, NOMINAL 22w x 4)
was thinking to kinda upgrade the singing voice but dont want to spend much

i know stock HU can drive 2 way component ... but if 3-way?

all this while i;ve saw 3-way must match with amp ... but if without amp?
will it be powerful enough to kick the 3way component speaker?

I am looking at Alpine Type-R 3-way comp or if you have better recommendation
