Moving to new home, PDRM question

Hi, im planning moving to new house next week, but i checked the SOP rule on fasa 2 that i need to get kebenaran from the PDRM,
any 1 have experience on this case before ? not sure what i need to do, just go to PDRM and get kebenaran will do ?
Do i need to write any letter to let them sign ? or PDRM will gv me a form to fill in ?

if needed to write a letter, any 1 can share a sample for me to follow ? because i dunno how to write it...haha

KWSP Acc 2 withdraw question

Hi all,

I have a question about KWSP account 2,

All withdrawal payments will be credited directly into our housing loan account
what is this mean actually ? the money will direct transfer into your house loan account OR your bank saving account ?

Abit confusing here...

i was planning to make withdrawals from Account 2 to reduce/redeem my housing loan balance,
but not sure if the money go to your house loan account or your saving account.

VDSL unifi with 30mbps question

Hi Guys, im facing a downgrade problem,
Currently im living in landing houses , but i will move into a condo soon,
i found out that condo only have VDSL ( thats whats the unifi guy told me ) and i can only
subscribe maximum 30mpbs, but now im using fibre 500mpbs at my landing houses, soooooooooo sad.

Here comes the question,
is this 30mpbs stable for playing online games ? such as battlefront 2, PUBG etc,
is netflix and youtube can run smoothly ?i am very concern because i get used with 500mpbs speed for a long time already

one more question, why the hell the people inside condo never apply TIME before ? so many people live inside or they just dont care with this slow internet speed ?
