IJN Private cost

I heard IJN private is cheaper than all other private hospitals like CVSKL, Sunway medical.

My father is going to repair his Fistula that was done in CVSKL, it was 15k, and now not working anymore and CVSKL charging another 15k to repair it.

Anyone did it IJN before? How much ?

I pm the ads, explained to me first 12 months I only need to pay RM59. I was interested, want to sign up, but they only ask me to submit name ic bla bla via Facebook message then can liao, no black and white legal document on this offer

what if after installation, the bill come and it is normal rate of RM89?

the dealer told me they are authorised dealer, won't cheat me.

I also checked with Maxis customer service , they told me only valid for existing Maxis Postpaid user. I checked with the dealer again, he said his deal anyone can apply

anyone subscribed to this offer before?

I was wondering if he speeding and kena Saman, can I appeal for

schizophrenia - how to cure?

Hi, i have a relative who diagnosed with schizophrenia , but quite mild one, won't kill people but will beat people if mood bad. She still can communicate with people, Q&A no problem, no like those crazy people on the street that keep talking to themselves and can't communicate with people.

However, my relative is not normal as some of her thinking is illogical. Example, she says her husband is waiting her to bring her home after we all died.
Her temper is very bad and everyday scold people and if you scold her back , she might beat you.

Anyone has similar experience?

Anyone know centers/places that accept this kind of patient to stay? she seek medical treatment for 20 years already.

No more 70% restriction on loan

Prime Minister announced the removal of 70% max loan for third property above.

But upon checking with a few banks , none so far told me their bank can offer 90% .

PBB said can. but only for property above 600K.

Anyone able to get 90% loan on 3rd property with price below 600K ?

小心这间Lean Soon 修车店在安顺, 欺负人，砍菜头。
问了别间店， clutch kit set Exedy 牌子是 360, 工钱 160. 我就跑回去说不要做了，可是他们很聪明，说已经拆了，一定要做，要不然自己叫吊车来载，我因为害怕，所以乖乖被砍菜头
Be careful of this Lean Soon Klinikar at Teluk intan. They will act like gangster bully you and charge very expensive.
I checked with other workshop, a clutch kit set Exedy brand is 360, labour charge is 160, but this shop refuse to let me changed workshop, and threatened us, thus, we have no choice.

BAD architecture design

[Disclaimer] The purpose of this post is to seek public opinion on the issue i am experiencing.

I bought a house from Suntrack Development and the house has recently Vp-ed. There were many many issues with the house but most they are willing to fix.

But, there is 1 issue which really disturbing my life. The building design is not good which will allow rain water flowing into your house. See the video you will understand. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=badiorBJ6t8&feature=youtu.be]

The issue is, i believe the window Sill is not properly design, which will allow water flow in instead of dripping off. i have informed developer about this issue and their CEO, James, watched the video, and told me, no issue, i should not left the window open.

i purposely let the window open to capture the video so that people can understand what issue i am facing. What if one day i really forgot to close window? my house will be flooded. Nowadays during a hot morning, you might forgot to close window before going to work and in the afternoon the weather will changed and become heavy rain.

Can you guys let me know is this kind of situation normal? Your house also like this? even open slightly ?
