LENOVO LEGION 5 15 (Bad quality product)

This is the timeline and experience that i have for purchasing Lenovo legion products. The product that I have purchased is entitled to lenovo premium onsite support.

On 18 June 2020
I have received the product (Lenovo legion 5 15)via ups. The machine works flawlessly and good. Overall it was a great experience.

ON 21 June 2020
THE KEYBOARD stop working when gaming. I called the Lenovo premium care hotline and they offered to change my keyboard. I accepted their offer.

On 17 July 2020

After a long waiting game, the onsite engineer had replaced my laptop's keyboard but the problem still persists. I STILL CAN'T USE THE KEYBOARD. They said they have to change my laptop's motherboard now. If it was the motherboard problem, then the quality of their product is atrocious. The long wait time is due to delays of shipments from china.

ON 22 JULY 2020

The onsite engineer have changed the system board and guess what the problem is resolved. HOWEVER, some hours later after they have replace the system board, the laptop is unusable. For the first boot up after the some hours later, after i get into windows and opened google chrome, the laptop treated me with blackscreen and auto restart to the password screen again. And after i typed the password and get into the windows again, within 30 seconds, the laptop begins to black screen, auto restart, keyboard is dead again, screen is glitchy and to a point that the laptop's screen is black while booting up and only power button is on(IPS display is unresponsive, no lenovo startup screen, keyboard is not responsive, and NOVO button is unresponsive). The laptop sometimes will boot up to the windows password screen but the screen is glitchy and keyboard is unresponsive. I have called the onsite engineer and they said that the new system board will most likely be a DOA (damaged on arrival)unit. Seriously? This laptop is not in a perfect condition for the past month and now after all those repairs and Lenovo still couldn't fix it properly? I feel paranoid and anxious when using lenovo's product from now on.

IN A NUTSHELL, in the past month, the laptop is not in perfect condition. I feel cheated by Lenovo due to their quality of their product and including their replacement parts. I will seek compensation for this horrible experience.

This machine is not functional. Attached pictures is the proof of the timelines and the laptop malfunction pictures.

https://pictr.com/images/2020/07/24/7rshGP.md.jpg

https://pictr.com/images/2020/07/24/7rsnjj.md.jpg

https://pictr.com/images/2020/07/24/7rs43l.md.jpg

https://pictr.com/images/2020/07/24/7rsMi2.md.jpg
