Freehold with low density. Just 50 units. Quiet neighbourhood. Land size range from 35×80, 40×80, 40× 100. <br /><br />Anggun 3 Kinrara upcoming launch . 2 storey Semi D . Freehold as well . By reputable developer. 40x80<br /><br />What i concern is Kinrara Hills sitting at higher piece of land which just beside a hill and back facing Ayer Hitam reserve forest and a lake as well. I scare maybe the tapak will become not stable as I heard they building a water dam nearby lake there. <br /><br />Am I thinking too much ? Need your advice here and appreciate it.
