Considering condos around Subang Jaya but the psf seems a bit insane for starters like me at 800-900+ psf. <br /><br />Other areas I’ve been considering is Perla @ Ara (FH) and Arcuz (LH) bear Paradigm. Central Park Damansara also would consider but the high density and leasehold really puts the odds against me. <br /><br />Can I get some advice from the internet?
