Hi informative lyn

Haven't buy hardware for quite sometimes, and a bit confuse with all the new tech words.
The heaviest load for my pc will be some simple video editing, no overclocking, and i hope my pc can be future proof as my previous pc lasted quite sometimes.
These are what I decided to buy after hours of reading lyn, please suggest if there is room of improvement. Thank you so much

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G RM630 (I have chosen AGU since no gaming)
MOB: Asrock B450 Steel Legend RM349
RAM: 2 x 8GB Kingston Hyperx Fury RM173 x 2 (2 x 8GB is better than 1 x 16GB right?)

PSU: not sure what to buy, please suggest. Cooler Master MWE 500 PSU? RM155

After reading all the replies from experts, ended up decided to purchase a new desktop. Really appreciate members that gave me advices.

Haven't update my desktop for yearssss...
Below are my current setup

MSI 790gx-g65 30.4cm(L) x 24.5cm(W) 9 mounting holes.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.20 GHZ
Intel SSD 330 - Sata 3
16GB Memory
Radeon r7 240
500w PSU
dual monitors (will maintain)

Desktop purpose : video/photo editing, no gaming
budget : around 2k

I tried to read around but a bit confuse, can sifu give me a direction so that I can google and read around. Plan to buy during 11.11.
a) Can i use back my desktop casing?
b) Do I need to buy a new 500w PSU ?
c) Do i need a graphic card or oneboard graphic card is good enough?
d) cpu,motherboard,sdd, memory

How to manage/rent out condo in Johor from KL?

Hi

I just collected key for a unit in Johor.
Plan to renovate it (probably will find a one stop contractor to renovate since I cant monitor the progress myself, anyone to intro?)
Then after renovated, how do i rent it out ? In kl, normally I will asked several agents to market for me and I open the door myself.
But how can i do so in Johor? Ask the management to open the door for me?

Air con repair fee, paid by me or tenant?

According to our contract, I need to service the air con twice a year for the tenant.
I just did a service for all the air conditioners, but one of the air con need to change a part (capacity which cost RM120)
Since I have paid for the service fee, do I need to pay for the capacity repair fee?

Travel Insurance with Car Rental Excess Coverage

Hi

Plan to drive around Europe, so a travel insurance with good car rental excess is important.
It's much more expensive to buy directly from the car rental companies.
So I am thinking to getting local insurance that has good coverage.
Anyone has experience in this?

Air Con Capacitor Changing Fee

Hi

Lately my aircon is not working anymore, asked a service guy to check, he told me the problem is with the capacity (he opened the compressor's cover and show me instantly, indeed its blown up).
He charged me RM170 for it (claimed its from US, for 1.5hp Panasonic non-inverter air-con).
Is this the normal market price?
