today greeted bunch of aunties in my floor unit while go to throw rubbish
overheard they talk about children bought new house and among them got one son bought rumawip
other started said unit small etc so I told her is ok even is rumawip as long as son feel happy and able to repay loan

rumawip got problem ke? as long as the buyer feel fine and fit his requirement why not?
have few relatives also bought rumawip and happy...better than those suffer huge amount of loan repayment

got called from bank for personal loan application so politely reject said not in need for any loan
then the caller raised his tone a bit "u think nowadays we approved loan easily? it will be harder in future and since u r long time user that's y we call to offer u"
still I said at such timing trying to reduce any loan, not to take risk etc, thn he said "ok sure! just don't regret as no such offer in future" hung me up

why it sounds like im the one in fault? am I wrong for not applying loan while my financial is stable?
he did send me his name card too!! 100% scammer try to bait me!! his email add is a fake one as well...be careful

LHDN issued letter

Hi all,

I'm asking here because I'm not sure where section should I post to ask...

I received a letter from LHDN where it said that I had unpaid tax (which explain why I didn't get my refund yet) but employer company is my ex company. It stated that my ex employer will receive the same letter too. My question as below:

1) does this mean prev co didn't deduct the right amount during my service?
2) does this mean I have to pay no matter how as my prev employer is not responsible for it?
3) if I'm to visit LHDN with the letter, ex co pay slip and BE form of 2019, will I able to reduce the amount of tax?

appreciate if anyone can suggest what I can do from here... I texted my ex co HR and waiting for reply
