Just now i received a call from my friend ask me to join this project (zenrich integrity group wkb2030). Pay RM2000 entry fees and write a proposal to request funds maybe for your business or other purposes, subject to approval.
My friend ask me to join Zoom meeting, I am very busy but listen to her explanation, I suspect this is another MLM, money game type etc..

I am very busy recently, planning to go listen what her want in details when free maybe next week more convenient.

Sifus here, any commend on this?
I just don't want to waste my time so I ask sifus here first.

I am confuse Batu Tiga is belong to MBSA or MBSJ?
Some places stated batu tiga subang jaya, some places stated batu tiga shah alam.

Which one is correct?

Increment of Rumahwip Maintenance Fees

I am shocked got rumahwip maintenance fees need to increase from RM0.27 sqft to RM0.45 sqft.
This rumahwip don't have lobby area, gym, swimming pool etc
Just have simple multiple purpose hall at top floor, and badminton court at ground floor only.

TO be more specific, now paying RM240 per month including sinking funds.
key collected last year. This year developer asked to increase from Rm0.27 sqft to RM0.45sqft.

This is rumahwip and now maintenance fees is overburden.
I would like to collect some professional opinion here.

Refinance Housing Loan

Hi all sifus, recently I apply refinance for my house. 1 year house, due to some issue have to refinance.
Here my concern:
1) strata title just issued(I haven’t transfer)
2) now want to refinance the loan(in application)

Anything I need to take note? Got any way can save the money for transferring strata title since I doing refinancing. Please advise.
