            <description>Hello, I have a few questions about KOSS ups.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='https://pictr.com/image/BYmtvV' target='_blank'&gt;&lt;img src='https://pictr.com/images/2021/12/15/BYmtvV.md.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m not really sure what does the orange light stands for? Had a brief power outage and when I turn it back on, it was blinking for a bit before stabilising.             <title>What Happened to Pos Laju P. Pinang?</title>

So far everything reached very fast and items are all intact. My orders were mostly from KL and one item from Melaka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This particular parcel has been in the same state since 24th of June. Called all Pos Laju Center (KL and P. Pinang) all never pick up call. Did the online feedback thing and it's going into the 4th day now and still no response. Should I just file for refund on the 16th? Would it actually work? Anyone experienced the same issue?</description>
