Body temperature still ok, not so hot, just 38c<br />- i go to clinic, get fever medication with cough medicine as well just for standby. because my chest<br />already start not feeling well<br />- after 3 days, my throat fell dry, not hurt but just dry<br />- i also start sweating, when sweat comes out fell cold like ice<br />- after that feel weird why my body is no longer warm &amp; my eye balls feel like want to come out<br />- i still continue to take medicine and go to work as usual<br />- day after day, my back feels like getting hurt, put all sort of things trying to ease the pain<br />- but the back pain still persist, like needle on it<br />- then i have difficulty in breathing, and getting hard to catch a breath, getting worse<br />- on 30 dec 2020, also coincidently is a public holiday, i got flu and bleeding nose<br />- went to private hospital to do swab test, at that time RTK, wait 30min and result is positive<br />- want to know what happened on 31 dec 2020? called health ministry hotline, but they asked to wait<br />because too many people, they say if situation getting worse just call an ambulance<br />- when ambulance arrive i was already very hard to cache breath, doctor immediately pat my chest as hard as possible while attempt to connect with oxygen supply<br />- 2nd test PCR test result still positive, my health getting worse and also dehydrated because lost eating appetite<br />- unable to smell and taste food<br />- check heart reading and all showing poor result, doctor take blood and it really hurts&#33;<br />- because doctor want to check blood oxygen level and it is dropping, they immediately increase the oxygen<br />- for 5 days i was in the ward, they monitoring me closely, everyday need to withdraw blood 4-5 times<br />- doctor says he has put me under the ICU list, if the oxygen supply cannot revive me, they have to use<br />breathing aid device<br />- at that time all i remember was my children, everything else doesnt matter anymore except my young child<br />- i was trying to wake up from bed going to toilet, but they put a urine catheter<br />- my blood pressure was 78/50, oxygen was 80 plus<br />- watch patient next to me die and they immediately put the body into green bag&#33;<br />- while for those discharged from ICU, they will be monitored from critical ward<br />- when doctor disconnect other patient from oxygen breathing aid, their whole body tremor, trembling and shaking<br />- after doctor scan my lung, whats the result? my right lung has blood clot and bacteria has started spreading&#33;<br />- doctor says it is pneumonia<br />- there are patients running amok, stress, some of them want to suicide, or yelling want to go home<br />- at that time, the only thing keep appearing in my mind is my children, i must keep on the fight, if i lose i cannot see my children anymore<br />- the bed in critical ward was never empty&#33; always full&#33; 2 nurse need to look after 28 bed, just imagine<br />the nurse need to put the drip, cleaning up patient stool, taking out rubbish, monitor patient, non stop working<br />- i was in the critical ward for 5 days, finally doctor transfer me to normal ward<br />- but my bed was exactly next to nurse desk, going to toilet have difficulty in breathing, even wake up from bed<br />also difficult to breath<br />- everyday doctor was testing trying to reduce the supplied oxygen, and finally if i disconnect from oxygen<br />i should be able to survive 10 days without aid<br />- Alhamdulillah&#33; due to mum&#39;s prayer, family and everyone, i am allowed to discharge and can see my children<br />- however, doctor says i wont be able to live like normal yet, it takes 5 months to recover at least<br />- after this need to visit lung specialist, everyday i need to withdraw and do blood test. jab on my own&#33;<br />- need to take 20 plus tablet medicine, 3 days after reached home still difficult to breath sometimes, it is pneumonia symptom&#33;<br />- body on the right side will cramp and headache because lack of oxygen, really need to rest a lot on bed<br />- so guys, covid is real ok&#33;? dont let down your guard, going here and there as you wish, covid virus really<br />invisible eventhough i dont know how did i get contracted.<br />- luckily all my kids is negative, but once covid attack it will kill&#33;<br />- please stay at home, dont get angry/frustrated if cannot go back kampung, the most dangerous is there are<br />people which is positive covid but doesnt show any symptom&#33;<br />- if went back kampong and your elderly infected, how? at the hospital theres a lot of elderly, those<br />who had kidney problem, heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure, these people are highest risk<br />- once covid symptom shows, they collapse immediately<br />- the bed next to me is old aunty, she got stroke, admitted here with just hard breathing and only can move one leg, the rest of her body paralyzed<br />- just imagine the healthy person working there, nurse is the highest risk for themselves. virus is around and<br />healthcare worker really sacrifice for you all, please appreciate them<br />- Insya&#39;allah i&#39;ll resume to work on 20th.. will see how, as for now still cannot fully work, just chit chat around. pray so i can recover quickly and look after my newborn and kids<br />- Please please please, take care guys&#33; Thank you doctor and nurse at Hospital Sungai Buloh&#33; Your deeds will be remembered<br /><br /><br />Bahasa Version<br /><br />Assalamualaikum wbt.<br />This is my covid-19 journey.<br />On 24th December 2020, i got the first covid symptoms, demam. Body temperature tkda la terlampau panas sgt, pling tinggi 38 mcm tu. I pergi klinik, amik ubat demam and standby ubat batuk terus, sebab masa tu dh mula rasa x sedap dada. 3days after, rasa mcm tekak tu a bit dry. X sakit tp dry. And start berpeluh, peluh tu keluar sejuk mcm ice. Lepas tu rasa mcm pelik kenapa bdn dah tak panas, but biji mata ni rasa mcm nk terkeluar. I still continue mkn ubat pergi kerja mcm biasa. Day by day i start sakit dkt blkg ni. Letak mcm2 nk bg lega. Sakit tu still menyucuk. Then dah rasa sesak nafas teruk then lg teruk. On 30th, kebetulan mmg cuti, since rasa dh start selsema, nose dh bleeding.. i buat swab test dkt private, masa tu buat RTK je. 30mins waiting, the results positive. nak tahu apa jadi on 31st December 2020? Call kkm petaling, dorang ckp tunggu que sbb rmai sgt. Dorang smpai ckp Klau teruk, dorg suruh i call ambulance je. I dah sesak nafas, sampai ambulance datang ambil doctor on duty masa tu terus tepuk dada i kuat2 sementara oxygen tu nk sambung. 2nd test, pcr dkt hospital still positive, i dah mkin teruk. Dehydrated cuz dh byk hari takda selera mkn, hilang deria rasa n bau. Lepas tu check jantung i smua, reading smua dah tak cantik. Then, amik darah dkt nadi, dkt nadi guys&#33; Sakit&#33; Doctor nk check oxygen dlm darah i ckup ke tak. Yes mmg i mkin teruk doctor trus increase kan bantuan oxygen dkt i lg tinggi. Sampai dekat hospital, 5days i dekat ward kritikal, they monitoring me, sehari kena amik darah 4-5x.. doctor ckp i dah masuk kn u dlm list utk msuk kn d icu, if the oxygen x bleh nk bntu, kami terpaksa guna kn alat bntuan pernafasan. masa tu ingat anak je. Serious ank kt kepala&#33; Gagah kn diri bgun pergi toilet wlupun masa tu doctor nk msuk kn tube kencing. My blood pressure 78/50 oxygen dlm 80 lbih. Tengok org meninggal dpn mata, mayat trus msuk dlm guni berzip colour hijau. Those yg kluar icu, dorang akn d pantau dkt ward kritikal. Bila dorg buka oxygen, serious mengelupur. Sbb dkt icu dh bergantung dgn alat bantuan penafasan sblum ni. Lepas tu doctor decide nk buat scan. Nak tahu results? my right lungs dah start ada darah beku n worst, kuman dh merebak. I dh jadi pneumonia rupanya&#33;. Ada patient yg mengamok, stress. Nak bunuh diri, nak balik menjerit2. I kt ward Masa tu ank ank ank je kt kepala&#33; Aku kena lawan&#33; Klau aku balik aku kalah, ank2 aku x dpt cium aku. Katil sana tak pernah kosong&#33; Penuh&#33; 2 nurse jaga 28katil&#33; Bygkn, dorg la nk kena bg drip, cuci berak patient, kutip sampah, monitor patient, 5days i dekat ward kritikal, finally.. doctor transfer ke ward biasa, tp my bed btl2 dkt dgn kaunter nurse. Masa tu pergi tandas sesak nafas lg, nk bgun dari katil pun rasa sesak ini kn nk pergi tandas. Hri2 doctor cuba test turun kn oxygen.. yes&#33; I can survive day-10 dkt sana doctor buka oxygen&#33; Alhamdulillah&#33; Hasil doa ibu, kluarga dan kalian semua. I dah boleh discharged, jumpa anak2 i. Tapi, i dah tak normal mcm dulu, doctor cakap it will take 5months to recover at least. So lepas ni i akn jumpa pakar paru2 dkt IPR, daily i kena amik injection cair darah sendiri 4jab ok&#33; Ubat i kena telan almost 20biji. 3hri balik rumah rasa jgk sesak nafas, dh Pneumonia kan. Bdn i cramp sebelah kanan, kepala sakit bila x ckup oxygen. So now mmg btl2 rest dkt katil. <br />So guys, covid ni real okay&#33; Jgn dk galak sgt gelak sana sini melancong sana sini. Time camni pun ada yg sembang psl politic lg. Kuman ni mmg x nmpk, even though i pun x tahu i dpt dari mana. Luckily my kids all negative. Once dia attack, MEMBUNUH&#33; Just stay at home&#33; Tak payah la bengang tak dpt balik kampung ke apa, yg pling bahaya, yg tkda symptoms pun positive, balik kg kena plk dkt org tua korg. Snggup?? Dekat ward kritikal tu rmai org tua taw, yg ada sakit buah pinggang, jantung, kencing manis darah Tinggi, dorg ni lg risiko sbb covid ni attack dorg mmg collapse trus. Kuat dgn x kuat lwan je. Sbelah bed i, aunty tu kena stroke, dtg sesak nafas hanya mmpu gerak kn kaki sebelahh dgrrr mcm nyawa nk kena cabut&#33; Bayangkn lah. Nurse dkt sana pling takot jaga icu&#33; Sbb?? Sana kuman lg worst&#33; Dorang btl2 sacrifice utk kita smua, tolong la appreciate dorang.
