Malay girls who date chinese guys vice versa

Recently ive been seeing a lot of modern malay girls dating chinese guys, not that I have a problem with it especially if the girl isn't religious. I just don't get it when a malay tudung girl dates chinese guy, acting like they are liberal, modern, english speaking and open minded, but still all about being a muslim. But this is malaysia and one way or another the guy has to convert in order for the marriage to be valid. I'm just wondering why these people still get into this relationship knowing that it's not very likely for the chinese to convert? And even if they are willing to the family might not be so happy about it and like dont these girls think about tht? Why would you stay and break up a family? I hate the hypocrisy of like them being all about Islam but dating a non muslim, it's a bit contradicitng. If you're all about Islam you wouldnt even date in the first place.

Anyway this is just a general opinion that I have been observed. I personally know a person who dates chinese guy expecting him to convert when his family is really against it and I just find it stupid. I myself am a malay girl and I would not date a chinese girl especially if I know the family is kinda strict and against converting. Would like your thoughts on it especially if you are chinese dating muslims and if youre the malay girl with tudung dating chinese guys.

sorry for the grammar mistake idk how to edit this post, but it should be " I have been observing" instead of " I have been observed."

This is a related link to this issue also :https://youtu.be/ksPhskQAypI

another error: "I would not date a chinese girl", : to : "d I would not date a chinese guy" lol sorry girls im straight

Notice period and buyout clause

Hi there, so I recently resigned and aware that I have 3 months notice period. New employer also aware of this but they are hoping I could come slightly earlier than 3 months since they are understaffed.

They are willing to buyout but the old employer said that it's company policy to not have buyout policy, in the contract there isn't a clause for buyout (they used to have it back then, but now they don't allow buyout anymore). Is this allowed? Just because there's no buyout clause, it doesn't mean I can't buyout, no?

I'm not a manager, I don't understand why they would need me to stay for 3 months which is a super long time for someone with not much experience like me. I am thinking of negotiating this by trying to find a replacement for me soon (which I think is going to be quite easy cos I know a lot of good people/have large network of friends), but I'm afraid they will say no and insist I stay altho I am able to pay them, which I think imo is a bit selfish. But I don't want to burn any bridges and want to try my best to leave in a good note/relationship.

Any advice?
