Mouse and Keyboard stop functioning

Hi

I have a notebook that will stop keyboard and mouse when Windows is loading (where u usually see the Windows logo with progress bar)

when Ctrl+Alt+Del screen appears, I will not able to login as keyboard and mouse is totally off
nothing will happen if I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, no CapsLock, NumLock LED light and mouse pointer will not even moving

same thing happen if trying to load Windows in Safe Mode

I assume this has something to do with the OS as I've tried to slot other HDD from another notebook to the problematic notebook and it loads fine

btw OS is Win XP

anyone happen to have this problem before?

I've heard of this Wireless Authentication daemon tu run on linux
i think it's kinda same as Squid
anybody have an experience with Wireless Auth can elaborate more?
