2009 Mazda 3 Sport

Hi, I'm new here and i need help. I have a 2009 Mazda 3 and the AT warning light appeared towards the second part of June. I send my car to a local workshop on 25 June and they did a diagnostic and told me that the gear oil is very dirty. They changed the gear oil using (ATF Estremo MV ) and a treatment "Estremo ATF Care" was added. I was told that it'll take a while for the treatment to work as i need to run my car and since then, I've been driving short distance (within 10km) and usually after the engine is warmed up, the AT light disappeared and I had no problems after that.
This was until yesterday when the AT warning light kept showing (on & off) and there were instances when the car just "stalled". I had to wait for a good 5 mins or so before i can drive again and it's scary as it was in the middle of the road.

As for the engine light, it has been there since October 2019. The workshop (a different workshop) I send to also did a diagnostic and said its the fuel trim system - code 2096 and i need to change the sensor which I did but the light came back the same evening. I send my car back to the workshop the next day and they said another part has to be replaced which they again did but again, the light remained until now. I've since stopped going to this workshop as it's obvious that they can't do anything except saying that all Mazda during this period has the same problem and even the official Mazda service centers can't do much and that it'll cost a "bomb'.
Can anyone advise me on what i should do? Thank you.
