SUMMARY

Please do not misunderstand this thread. It IS NOT for complaining against sanesaint but a record until such time our deal is finally finalize and settled. The rundown is like this.

Seller responded to my thread. Offered USD107 for RM360.

I accepted and proceeded to verify if his name on bank account and paypal is the same by asking him to send USD0.01 to my paypal account. I also requested that I send him an invoice to which he can pay the USD106.99 to avoid any paypal query.

He did and I verified and the deal commenced. I sent him RM360 to his RHB and the invoice for USD106.99.

He some how made a huge blunder of sending it to my msn hotmail account instead of my active paypal account (he did it correctly for the USD0.01) which was used to register my first paypal account but I had to reluctantly neglect it due to: http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=521329&hl=ho_chg

Fortunately, the funds will require me accepting before it enters my condemned account as it has been inactive for 2 years.

Bad news, I can't remember the password and I have to wait 30 days before the payment is automatically deny.

Seller owned up to his mistake. I told him I will leave RM60 deposit in his bank account and he has to refund me RM300 until such time when the funds are reversed and he pays the invoice. After which I will bank in the RM300.

Waiting for refund of RM300 which he promises he will do first thing in the morning. This thread is to ensure he does as promised.

I seem to frequent here very often nowadays.

I am not too sure if this is a con by Kaye2 or not? I paid RM465 to his usual account on Saturday last week. He said he would send me USD150 on Monday but till this day nothing.

The reason why I trust this fellow so much is cause I have paypal from him on at least 4 different times in November last year without any hitches. I paid to the same account and we always kept in touch. His bank account details are:

This is just to warn you guys be wary. I can't believe a senior member like him would suddenly go rogue. On the 27/01/08 he message me saying he would send it tonight. That was the last time I heard from him..

It goes to show even if you have constantly bought from the same paypal seller who is trustworthy you never know what might happen.

However, I am not condemning him yet..I just want him to contact me..For all you know he may have some problems but at this moment just be cautious of Kaye2.

What happened:

I banked into his CIMB after checking his paypal account.

He even gave me a print screen of his paypal but when I received the funds it was from a credit card not his paypal account!

When I made a phone call to ask him, he immediately turned it off and I can't contact him anymore.

I cannot remember all my transactions with him as I did many. The problem did not occur only until after 50 days later when all of a sudden all the paypal funds he sent me got reversed. Now my paypal accounts have negative balance. Can someone get info on him. Luckily I managed to deposit most of the money into my USA bank account. But I did not get manage to use USD704 as it was used to cover the negative balance from his previous transactions.

I thought he is honest. He said he would pay me back at least that amount which I did not bank in. Now he is refusing to communicate. I told him I would agree to forfeit my paypal accounts on the condition he pay back at least USD704. He has return so far USD73.84 abt 3.5 weeks ago. He said he would bank in another USD126.18 into my maybank at the start of Sept but that has not happened. I've been messaging and calling but no response and he is not picking up. Below is his info. I am open to anyone who can suggest what I should do and if anyone should know where he is.
