Wok burner in condo yard area?

Picture above for reference.

My new condo will have a spacious yard that connects to a void. I'm thinking of setting up a wet + dry kitchen, with the wet kitchen having this kind of burner for stir-frying.

With proper exhaust and ventilation, is this something that you can generally set up in condos? If not, what can I setup as substitute? Really want to get that wok hei.

I applied for PL from two banks to consolidate my CC. Applied the second one because the first one was taking too long.

The first PL application was suddenly approved today. Now the 2nd bank is still pending.

Can I cancel the PL application from 2nd bank?

Dominar 400 vs Zontes ZT310-T vs CFMoto 650 MT?

I'm getting a promotion soon and want to gift myself with a bike. I have B2 license but sparingly used. Will be getting a B license. Wanna get a cheapo new bike under <RM 20-30k to get a feel for things and hopefully keep it long term. Am expecting to get into some minor crashes hence the price.

Will be using the bike as a semi-daily commuter in the city (Subang/Damansara) as well as occassional touring/long-distance rides with friends and my gf. I've budgeted and prepared to spend for cushion mods/touring accessories (panniers, top box). I also have a car, which I think I will use less in lieu of the bike.

My choices came down to either Dominar 400 and Zontes ZT310-T. I was also looking at CFMoto MT650. The Dominar seems good for value-for-buck, and the Zontes seems feature-packed. The CFMoto I'm still considering as the 650cc may be daunting, but it does seem like a bike I can keep for a long time due to the power. I prefer a sporty bike that is comfortable for long distance too (Sports tourer)

Honestly the big bike space is quite overwhelming with many options, but I think the three options are okay. I'm leaning more towards Dominar/Zontes, but would like to hear your thoughts.

Thanks!

My plan is to just climb rocks outdoors for the scenery.

Attachment Styles

Hi everyone,

I recently came across the Attachment Theory, a psychology study on how the relationship between a child and their parents affect the style of their attachment as adults. I've been reading the theory for quite some time to understand not just myself and how I love/want to be loved, but also my partner. Don't read this as a way to get a girl or whatever, read this as a way to better understand how your relationship works and how to make it better.

There are a lot of tests available online, I recommend using the one by Your Personality Test, maybe get your SO to take the test too. If you're too lazy, can read a brief article about it here: Scientific American

Please be mindful that this isn't a surefire way to fix a relationship. You should use them, and the knowledge you have, to understand the people around you better, especially your lover and yourself. SO and I are having a much better time now than before, because we now understand how do we process and initiate affection, jeaoousy, and all the romantic traits and emotions lah.

All the best!

Diet post-surgery?

I had a knee surgery a week ago. Prior to this I was following a semi-strict IF diet at a sustained -200 caloric deficit. Ever since the surgery, I've been eating more than usual, just said goodbye to my diet and eat, with my mind being to provide enough energy for the body to recover.

Is this the right way to approach it? If I go back to my old diet, but eat at maintenance level, will my recovery be slower?
