Great resignation Wave. Many interviews are ongoing in the job market and employee movement is a norm.

Very often, u get the same job as the 1 you applied and interviewed.

At some occasions, u applied for job A, and you attended interviews based on the job A description. However, the final job offered to you is job B (similar job description, at lower grade, but with good increment). The reason is huge gap between your current job and job A.

Will you accept the offered job?

Or will u insist to get job A? How do u nego with hr team to ask for the change in the offer.

Understand that urusan at JABATAN IMIGRESEN MALAYSIA was strictly by online appointment previously, is it still the same now? Or walk in is allowed?

Is there any mediation or counselling services in Malaysia to resolve issues between family members?

For example, there are some issues between siblings, they tried to sit down but could not find a good solution to the issue they face. So, they need a third party (mediator or counsellor) to help in this situation.

Is there any organization/centers which can assist in this matter?

I graduated from UTM MBA few years back. I am now considering to explore UTM DBA.

Currently, there is no intake for UTM DBA course due to the curriculum review process. However, it is not indicated on when will there be new intake for the course.
