Currently I'm from TARC.. Taking Diploma in Business Administration..

I'm almost graduate but because I flunk 7 subjects I need to resit those papers to get my diploma cert..

I've been doing nothing but waiting for exam at home almost a year...

The problem is I thought I can self study turn out I can't...

Should I stay or seek for another college and study?

I came across this sentence from an article which i download from the internet...

20%, while sprinters have a well-muscled physique and usually carry only 4% to 8%
body fat.'

Is this true?

For those who need to reduce body fat,
you just need to bursts your energy to the maximum for a short time?

How many of you prefer jogging instead of sprinting?
