Bank valuation report

Hi, I want to know whether if I purchase the house and already obtain official site valuation, bank already disburse loan, will bank/ valuation firm provide me with the valuation report? I paid RM1014 for the report but never gotten any black and white report.

Condo need purchase fire insurance myself?

I just bought a 1050sqft strata condo and loan already disburse and all. Suddenly got a message from the bank saying I have due premium for fire insurance about 1k++.

When I was applying loan, I didn't sign any fire insurance application as I thought condo fire insurance is managed by the JMB. Banker didn't mentioned he will apply fire insurance for me as well.

Now I ask the banker he say later he will call me, I wanna know whether fire insurance need purchase myself instead of JMB if its a strata non landed property?

Outdoor Daikin AC unit making loud noise

Ayam not sure whether this is normal outdoor AC unit noise.. Just bought it less than 3 weeks ago. I bought two unit, 1hp and 1.5hp. The 1.5hp is noisy. Any sifu can advice whether your outdoor AC is making noises this loud?

Stone Bombing at Sungai Long for Highway

Hi, I just bought a unit at Sungai Long Camellia Residences and just opposite of my unit they are bombing the rocks near mountain to build highway, and my condo wall have cracks. Anyone experienced the same issue?

Anyone know when the bombing will last until?
