When your boss try to make you pay for resignation

Hi, all. The story starts with N audit firm and N audit firm has 2related parties which is company A and company B. Both companies are managed by the children of the boss of N company. When they are hiring, staffs will be under Company A but after that staffs are transferred to company B but staffs are managed by the same person in the Company A and B. Suddenly, staffs have been informed by that person X that they are going to be terminated in this month with the short notice so they will compensated with 2 months payment in lieu. However, the agreement after 2days where X call the staffs to submit resignation letters rather than being terminated and they will be compensated as per verbal agreement. But next day, X announce that the staffs are cancelled to be terminated in group stating that the staffs will be transferred to N company in the next month. If the staffs insist on getting terminated and get compensation, this will not be applicable. The staffs called X and she mentioned that she is the representative for company A instead of company B (she is the director and manager of company B), what she promised for the termination and compensation is invalid as she thought she was speaking to the staffs with the basis of employing the staffs under company A instead of company B. The staffs are employed under company B and company B still in operation but the company A will be winding up. The staffs need to submit resignation letters in order to proceed for their termination in immediate but that might be a payment needed from the staffs to company which she will "try" to discuss the possibility of waiving the payment from staffs with the new manager of company B in next month
since she only works until this end of month.
Anyone has idea on whether the staffs can do to fight for their rights?

Worst overtime period in audit field

I am currently working as an external auditor which now is peak period. Jobs on hand are about 15+ to be submitted in this week and the latest job given on last Friday. I have been working overtime since 2-3weeks ago. Everyday not enough sleep and today my manager would like to assign me another job again (to be completed in a day for draft audited report, signing pages n confirmation letters on tomorrow morning to client) on 4pm and I said I still unfinished works that I need to do on hand and yet my manager said I think u are should be quite free now bcoz most of your jobs are done. In my mind, I was like??? I has so many jobs on hand and I already try my best to work everyday including weekends to complete it asap and now just left 1-2 to go for completing yet on tomorrow n now u said I am free ady...As if I didn't need to do my jobs on hands ady.
When I worked super hard to rush for the dateline and felt frustrated, I heard my manager mentioned she haven't get to sleep at last night. I felt pity for her and felt better as we are working together to complete the jobs but I thinks she deserved for what she has now as the consequences for what she has done previously. Our office just had a new colleague came on last week and just 2days including the public holiday, she called all of us to go work in the office in early morning in public holiday and no one reply to her as everyone is still sleeping and she called our admin on 7am to wake her up to ask her to inform us to go to office to work but 2 of my colleagues rejected and my admin continued to sleep. The new colleague resigned on Wednesday after working hours as she is called to done the works that she has been assigned for 5hours and a day for completing all the working papers and yet the company is not small and some additional items added. I really feel awful when she treated a newcomer like this (expect ppl not to sleep yet done all works properly in time). More worse, the salary offered to the newcomer is 1.6😫😖

The badass boss/manager u even meet

Recently I feel a bit PUA by my manager where she claims that my clients resign due to me but actually I am quite close with my clients so I know that one of my clients bring along 30companies resign due to my manager's attitude and they even offer me a job offer. However, I didn't go for it since I want my resume to look well as I just work in the firm for half year. Yet she told it's my fault privately but I knew the truth when the client wants to resign n she gave me a call in advance. I also have 1-2 clients even request me to continue audit their companies in the coming year. So I doubt that her action is bcoz of she heard abt the hiring from my client from other side (which I never tell her) or she wants to make me stay by PUA me and destroy my thoughts of leaving the firm.

Just wanted to share bad experience with own superiors to express my feelings

Audit firm not willing to hire&pay interns

My audit firm is lack of staff and recently hired one admin without any experience and accounting knowledge. However, they are not willing to hire more audit staff to cope with the audit works and we are trying to ask our boss to hire more staff because one of our colleagues is leaving in next month. Our boss said they are okay to hire more staff but they might need to cut off our salaries so we suggest her to hire interns to do works and we will train them but she suddenly hired this new admin without any accounting knowledge with a spm graduate who has some working experience in mydin only. She is willing to train him to do the works and the salary of the new staff might be 1100 n above (minimum wage rate) whereas she said that interns shouldn't be paid for their internship because they are purely coming to learn and she said if they are willing to offer the intern in RM500 is ady generous not to say pay more to attract them to work in her firm.
But this new staff without any experience and knowledge worth 1100 n above which we are very confusing abt her thoughts and actions.
Should I put my working experience that <3mths

I am a fresh graduate and I got my job on last month. This is a start-up audit firm but that is actually a medium firm's related company whr the boss' daughter is the person in charge of the firm n management and the boss gave the money on her name with her siblings name to register the company. All the business are given from her dad's firm. She wants to produce qualified audit works instead of her Dad's workers. At first, I joined the firm, I think I learn a lot and she is willing to teach us but with low salary. What to expect when we are fresh graduates n the economy is bad?
On last month, we have only one admin staff n 2 audit assistants including me. My colleague n I have about 4-5companies to audit at the same time. We stay OT for every working days n even try to finish our work on weekends when we r free. This month, there is a new audit staff coming in. All of us make our efforts by staying late in the office n work very hard on working days without OT payment. But recently she starts to act weird where what she said n what she do is two different thing. Today, she tell us that we have more companies (10companies+) for audit which requires us to finish it before dateline on next wed and ask all the staffs to divide it among us n try to finish it. At the same time, she says that they might be closing up the firm in this end of year due to the clients pissed off at her n she is tiring to handle so many thing on a time.
We have no idea what she wants us to do? Does that mean she wants us to complete the tasks to avoid the closure of the firm?
I would like to find another job while working at there in case she suddenly close the company and I bcum jobless. Should I put this working experience in my resume?

External audit or Internal audit

I am a fresh grad of accounting. After I graduated, only I have obtained the information regarding to internal audit. The positions for internal audit is way lesser than external audit but the salaries are more than external audit offer at entry level. The career progression seems to be wider as some job vacancies for internal audit in some companies for working experience that more than 5 years can be RM 5000-10000. It's more than external audit as some of the seniors for external audit for the same year of working experience only worth RM 3500 n above.
Anyone who have related experience to share with? Thx.
