Covid quarantine in office

Today kelik call TM, regarding problem with phone line. After consulting TM, the decided to come to troubleshoot, but then TM ask if got people quaratine in office.
I confuse, why is the meaning of quarantine in office? Isnt everybody if quarantine, is quarantine at home?
