Buying A35 Saloon

Hi guys, I'm planning to get a A35 saloon. Just went to Hapseng today, was told there's a discount of 20k for 2020 make, making it 316k.

However, seems like there's no service package or anything included or i could top up with.

Just wondering, would C&C be offering differently, or it's the same for both?

I've made a booking with HS though, but if there any other better offer that i could get, perhaps I'll just cancel this booking

Hi all,

My broker informed that once my remisier/dealer is closed (for whatever reason), then my trading account (CDS) would not be allowed to trade until they assigned another remisier/dealer to me.

According to the broker, this is "Bursa's rule". Is this true? If yes, where can I find reference from Bursa regarding this ruling?

From what I understand, Bursa only recognize my CDS, and not dealer's details. Thus, the broker should not stop/block my orders.

If I sell my iPhone that came with a plan, which is still under warranty (i.e. less than 12 months), would the buyer of the phone be able to claim warranty either from Maxis or from Apple?

After change company name

Hi guys, I've just got my company name change - it's a Sdn Bhd. Also, there were some changes to names of directors and shareholders.

Question is, should all the associated forms (borang borang) get a set of new forms, with the new company name as well? e.g. Form 49, 44, 24, 11, etc

Also, would it be possible to get Form 9 with the new company name?

Recently all around Klang Valley, i've seen quite a lot of new restaurants being set-up. After a month or two, I dont see them anymore. Basically, what makes a good restaurant success, and the other a disaster?

There's a new trend of cafe's all over Klang Valley, like 1st Station, Old Town Kopitiam, Island Cafe, etc. These attract the younger and modern generation; a place to hangout. However, their food quality aint first class, yet flooded with people.

So, food quality isnt as important. Lets go to interior design and environment. There are also several new cafe's being open with the same or similar concept as the above examples. Still, they failed miserably.

What's you opinion, as a customer, that makes you walk into a new cafe? Introduced by friends?
