Huawei Nova power off button

Want to ask about Huawei nova 4e.

Is there a setting in the phone that can allow me to touch the screen to switch off the phone?

Right now, I need to press the power button at the side to off the screen. The power button is becoming less responsive.

Some phone brands have a setting, for example the touch screen back arrow can become power off switch when long press.

I can't find such setting in huawei nova.

Medical insurance coverage until what age?

Hi.
I like to ask for opinion on medical insurance coverage. Some says best to get coverage until 90, some says best to get the max of 100 years old.
Of course premium is higher for 100 compared to 80 or 90.
Nobody knows how old we can live.

What are your thoughts? Please share.
Hi. I have a no brand FHD 1080P car dash camera.

It has a rearview camera too. I installed it and everything worked fine for about 2 months. After that, the screen freezes or hang and no recording at all.

I unplug the rearview cable connector and the screen go back to normal and it starts recording again.

I don't know why it freezes. Does anyone have the same experience? Please advice. Thank you.

[attachmentid=10329223]

Clear polycarbonate awning (need advice)

Hi. I have a 5 ft by 11 ft area that I intend to cover up with clear/transparent polycarbonate panel awning.

The panel has 2 types - one thin and another thicker.

My contractor suggests to get thin type but put 2 layers instead of 1 layer, so that when the top layer crack due to exposure to rain and sunlight, there is still the bottom layer to protect.

I am thinking that if the top layer cracks, water will seep between the 2 layers and cause mold.

Not sure to follow the contractor's advice or get only 1 layer but thicker quality.

What do you think?
Hi.
I have an apartment unit with no aircond at all. My question is would it be a good idea to install an aircond unit before renting out the unit or should just rent it out and if tenant needs an aircond, he/she can install on his/her own?

Would there be any difference in rental charges for unit with aircond and without aircond? If yes, how much different?

What would the pros and cons be?

Please share your opinion and advice. Thanks.
Organic fertiliser - vermicompost or vermicast

[attachmentid=2646684]
Anyone interested in organic fertiliser? I have been using it for a while now and find it remarkable.

Vermicompost or the end product called "vermicast" is an organic fertilizer suitable for all kinds of plants -
flower plants, fruit plants, herbs, indoor plants, vegetables, etc. It can be used for both soil or container gardening.

Produced through a process of vermicomposting by worms, vermicast contains beneficial micro-organisms that help boost healthy root and plant growth. I found it easy to use and no need to worry about N-P-K (nitrogen, phosphate, potash) combinations which are chemical compounds.

Vermicast also does not attract ants, unlike chicken or sheep manure. Ants are a problem for me as they like to build their colonies inside the soil and if left unchecked, can potentially damage roots and stunt plant growth.

But best of all, it is odorless (no smell) and so is suitable for indoor plants too.

Just like to spread the word around. And if you are interested to try it, do let me know. Am based in Penang, btw.

Cutting up a land grant/title

Need some advice.

An owner of a big piece of land have built several houses maybe two decades ago and still have empty land. So he is now selling the houses and land which he has carved out. But there's no individual grant yet, just 1 big land title belonging to him.

He wants to sell the lots first before cutting them up. So, since its not possible to take loan, only way is to pay cash.

Have anyone had experience in such dealings? Is it easy to get individual grant or too complicated? I am not sure if such dealings are even legal...
