Recommendation for LCD monitor 22" and above

i need an advise for buying LCD 22" & above monitor, my consideration :-

specs consideration

1. HDMI input (if DVI input, i got to buy HDMI-DVI convertor so wanna avoid this)
2. 2ms response (jz from some review said its best for anti blurring + anti liaising)
3. Bright & clear Full HD (hmm how about IPS & ultrasharp ? TN was sux rite ? how bout LED ?)
4. light (below 5kg)

**~~advantage if got built in speaker~~ (not concern about speaker anymore)

My budget below Rm700 (kinda low but high appetite haha )

Under Consideration :

AOC 24" 2434Pw --> rm630 *but the brandname + lack of review from local sweat.gif
Dell 23" st2311 --> rm560 its just 5ms,NO speaker

on ranking from below rm650 to higher as i survey from GS for 24" LCD

2. viewsonic,
3. AOC
4. Dell
3. Samsung & LG ?

currently i wanna use it for my design by connecting to lappy, later wanna fund some money to buy PS3 & CPU.. so i need an advise from u guys..

Program files in C-drive lost + gone no where

its start with installing Solidworks 2010 software, after installing n used the software i decided to uninstall it and install in another partition thus result me to deleted all files regarding solidworks.

then i go to C drive > program files (all installed file folder was there).. i try to click the folder properties and check the box of showing hidden files..

suddenly got pop up said something about > windows collaboration..

i jz click NO n perhaps there is nothing change..

i closed the windows and start entering back C>program files and guess what.. all my program files gone nowhere and just only got windows collaboration folder..

how to bring back all folder ? im noob in this iT related thingy..

bdw, i try installed back the software, its run smooth until i restart after finished installation.. i clicked the icon of the software but it react to install back..

i dunno what is happening.. plz help.. i need to design my car.. appreciate if someone can help.

do u guys got any idea why cs1.6 din support windows7 64bit ?

previously i on windows7 32bit i installed cscz got no prob but in resolution isu..... while installing all in full screen but after finish installed wan play online the resolution was small n not fit to the screen..

i try to manage to change the setting on video to wide screen but the resolution is 1280*760.. haih.. i tried to change the reso tu 640*480 but its juz smaller the screen but not fit to screen..

is this becoz of GC driver ? or win7 dont support tis game ? ive searched in googles etc but no result+uniten internet connection sux...

bdw im using dell studio 1555, 15.6'' ati hd4570 512mb..
