My computer is not booting up, all the fan are running, but there is no beep sound as usual when you start and the hdd led not blipping. any opinion on this? bad motherboard @ ram @ power suppy?

Hi guys,

Recently i just install a new driver for my Sapphire HD4670(CCC dated 20052009). After finish installing, the audio driver on my bottom right showing the audio with this red circle with cross in it and a message telling me "No Audio Device is Installed" . I've tried installing the driver given for both the GC and the MOBO, still nothing happen. When i go to the sound option, it shows the ATI HDMI output icon with red arrow going down. How ar?

here's my com spec:

Proc: AMD Phenom 8650
GC: Sapphire HD4670
MOBO: MSI K92A
OS:Vista Home Basic

Intel CPU warranty

I have this E2140 that was bought from lowyat.net forum member. But unfortunately it didn't work, after i tried it on three different mobo, and one new mobo. So the question is, where can i go to claim this warranty as the previous owner said---->that this proc warranty can be claim just by calling intel malaysia, then they will come to your house to give you the warranty<------. Is this true??? Or if there is any other way to claim it, where can i get info?
