Hi ,

Anyone here experienced the process of meeting with Ex-Employer after filed case to IRD @ MOHR?

I filed an unfair retrenchment case to IRD and I will be attending meeting with Ex-Employer at IRD office locate inside Wisma Perkeso next week.

Appreciate if anyone here had this experience and could share with me, so I can have more idea on how the situation may be. Many thanks

Claim EIS - Retrenchment

Hi! Hope everyone are well and safe!

I need advice from people who successfully claimed for EIS.

I was being retrenched and now still looking for suitable job. I have applied for EIS since 22.05.2020 but now the status still "Dalam Tindakan" as of today. Tried to call the officer but no one picking up.

Currently I have also lodged case to IRD for unlawful termination. As such I also have included the case number in my EIS application.

Is there anyone could share with me your experience?
