            <description>Hi  &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; ,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone here experienced the process of meeting with Ex-Employer after filed case to IRD @ MOHR? &lt;!--emo&amp;:confused:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I filed an unfair retrenchment case to IRD and I will be attending meeting with Ex-Employer at IRD office locate inside Wisma Perkeso next week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Appreciate if anyone here had this experience and could share with me, so I can have more idea on how the situation may be.             <title>Claim EIS - Retrenchment</title>

            <description>Hi&amp;#33; Hope everyone are well and safe&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I need advice from people who successfully claimed for EIS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was being retrenched and now still looking for suitable job. I have applied for EIS since 22.05.2020 but now the status still &amp;quot;Dalam Tindakan&amp;quot; as of today. Tried to call the officer but no one picking up.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently I have also lodged case to IRD for unlawful termination.
