Hi, my property is located in KL. Can I go to the TNB/Syabas offices in Selangor to terminate my accounts?

hi, based on the list below, what accounts we need to close/terminate after sold the property (condo)? any of the following accounts cannot be closed and need to change/transfer name instead? what will happen if the new owner didn't change/ forgot to change name?

-condo maintenance fee account
-DBKL assessment tax account
-quit rent account
-syabas account
-TNB account
-indah water account

any other accounts? thanks

Wanna ask whether we can submit photocopy of receipts instead of the original receipts for RPGT tax deduction?
