AirAsia is cutting costs at our expense. Instead of reducing frequencies to these places they stopped flying completely hiding behind MCO and passengers safety as excuses BUT they continued to fly to highly infected profitable destinations like Seoul, Osaka and Tokyo at that period of time. They have no empathy for us. Other airlines continue to fly to the stated destinations as there is no government flying restrictions like India has at that time.<br />You are entitled for compensations for extra airfares and stay expenses if you are a confirmed passenger on your return leg as AirAsia did not arrange for any substitute flight. AirAsia just abandoned you.<br />Do not approach MAVCOM for help as are NOT defending your consumer rights as they allow airlines to only refund your purchase price to your credit account.<br />One option is to wait for the consumers courts opening after MCO and file in your claim.
