i planned to buy my 2nd property for investment this year.budget RM250k-300k.my question is:

1)land property or condo,which one better?

2)location.can i get a property with my budget in KOTA DAMANSARA or any area near DAMANSARA.

3) KOTA KEMUNING and PUTRA HEIGH is a good place for investment?

I'm moving to Muar next week. I was wondering if there's any wireless broadband internet in Muar? Do I really have to get a fixed line and then apply for Streamyx?

Where Will Streaming File Be Saved?

Does windows XP have a temporary directory to save streaming video files (eg: Daily Motion)? Does anyone know which folder?

I tried to use firefox addon and other softwares mentioned in previous forums to save a video from dailymotion but didn't work.

Pls HELP
