hi sifu and hengdais, 20 year old boy need some advice here.

so all my life I've been uncircumcised, unbothered by it until I reach age of 17. so normal la yall watch porn, you see the circumcised penis look so diff from uncircumcised. the other look never affected me but it was until I realised and read more articles abt it that uncircumcised supposed to be able to put down, but as far as I rmb like since young, I had trouble pulling down the foreskin. last time even when flaccid also can't retract. now can but erect still impossible to retract. never been bothered by it until when ard age 18-19, first sex was weird and can feel a bit of tension. then as I read online, it is probably a cause of phimosis. online got say can do stretching exercisee with steroid cream and all but I try for months dy and no results.

and as if the problem wasn't bad enough, I suspect I also have a short frenulum. because when I pull down my foreskin when flaccid, can see that it pulls the tip of penis head downwards also. and the frenulum joining them is quite short also. so after thinking much, I've come to the decision that it is better to get circumcised for social life, these 2 conditions and also overall hygiene. planning to do by this month

so questions that I want to ask sifus here is

a) lazer/clamp/scalpel, which method is the best in terms of overall procedure and healing time?
b) the million dollar question, how pain is it actually? (I'm like girl sia I damn scared pain de)
c) how long it takes to heal? (how long before I can go out do normal activities/sports + how long before I can be sexually active again?)
d) any places that sifu recommend?
