Per references below, to get a 6Mb download speed, average Singaporeans and Thais just need to pay monthly subscription around &#036;40 and 600฿ respectively which costing RM60-90 per month in Malaysia. What&#39;s going wrong here in Malaysia? What can we do to change this?
