Unifi extreme speed drop

I'm using the 300Mbps package. I usually get between 250 - 280Mbps download speed during peak hours. Sometimes when speed drop occurs it's never too bad, like in the range of 150 - 200Mbps. But today I'm getting single digit download speed, like 1 - 5Mbps. I already tried restarting the router and my devices many times but the speed is still slow af. Is my router broken or something?

Want buy gaming pc/laptop but dont know what to do

Been a console fanboy since I was a kid. Now I kinda interested in pc gaming so I'm looking to buy a gaming pc or laptop. The problem is I'm super clueless when it comes to pc tech (I only know what are cpu, mouse, monitor, simple stuff like that etc). Tried asking around and searching google but most answers suggest computer parts like graphic cards etc which I totally don't understand.

Budget only 5k. I dont need fancy stuff just want pretty graphics and 60fps. Went to a pc shop near my area today but they kept promoting their expensive stuff without explaining much.

Any advice?

Hi I'd like to buy a PC or gaming laptop purely for gaming purpose but I know nothing about pc specs etc. Been playing Playstation since I was a kid and only use my home old laptop for studying.

What type of laptop / pc should I buy if I want to run games on high / ultra high settings? I'm not picky just want pretty graphics and smooth fps. I mainly play single player games and some online games like cod, battlefield, wuthering waves etc. My budget is 5k is that enough for a mid end pc / laptop?

Not very familiar with how carrier billing works. Can you pay subscriptions like YouTube premium and Spotify with U Mobile billing? Anybody got experience? I'm using postpaid.

Playstation Stars point glitch?

Just bought a game from the store on my PS5 and after getting rewarded PS Stars points like usual, the PS App got some glitch and kept giving me the same amount of duplicate points. I think I received more than 10 times extra coins. I contacted PSN support Malaysia via live chat and they just said they will look into it.

Anyone experienced the same thing? I went to foreign forums like Reddit etc and multiple people are facing the same issue. Tried asking in Malaysia ps5 pages but no one knows what I'm talking about

Phone can call out but can't receive incoming call

My phone suddenly can't receive any incoming calls. I can still call others though. Everything else is fine (mobile data etc). I'm using umobile. This problem happened recently after umobile sms me something about 5G update. Is my phone too old? (Redmi note 5). Sorry for the noob question

Renovation drilling

Neighbour started doing reno 2 weeks ago. They work every day even on Sundays! I can't even sleep on my only off day. I understand every house needs reno at some point so I can tolerate it.

However, I'm curious if anyone knows how long does the drilling process usually last? I can bear every other noise but the drilling is SUPER loud and intense. I can literally feel the vibration. It's a small double-storey terrace house. Just wish it would end soon...

I only care about gaming (smooth, min 60 fps hopefully 120, high graphics, good battery). Budget 1.5 k (2k max but cheaper better).

Possible to get within this price range? I only used Xiaomi and Samsung phones before but any brand is okay. My friend recommended me Poco F4 but I'm looking for more advice (know nothing about phones I usually use PC and console only)

Unifi internet connected but slow / delayed

Anyone know what this means? Been happening for a few days. I can access the internet but it's kinda slow and everything feels delayed (late packets when gaming etc). Contacted live support a few times but they only helped me to reset my port which is totally not helpful at all. The internet light comes and goes (not red). Usually red means no internet but in my case it just keeps blinking and disappear then come back

Anyone else has problem with unifi these few days?

The connection keeps getting cut out / delayed. Internet (earth icon) light keeps coming and going but not red though.

Netflix tv sign in error

Noob netflix user here. I just paid and become a member today but I can't login on my tv. It keeps saying "you are signed out please login again". I managed to do it once but when I selected a movie it said "your account is no longer active" wtf. I can login on my phone/pc/ps5 though. Live chat is utterly useless the CS agent only told me to unplug my tv and try again (it didn't help)

Anyone got experience?

Unifi 30mbps to 50mbps upgrade

I applied to upgrade my speed from 30 to 50mbps. New price is around RM99 (old one RM89) excluding tax. Unifi called me this morning and told me I'll get the new speed in a few days. I was in a meeting at the office so I didn't ask her too much questions. Anyway, does anyone know more about the contract? I think I heard her saying 2 years or something but I might have misheard. Is the RM99 price limited promotion only or will it stay the same until I change my plans? Anyone using the 50mbps package please shed some light. Thanks a lot

Budget only RM3500. 4k tv recommendation?

Been playing PS5 for a year with my 1080p tv. It's dying (7 years old now I think). I have RM3500 budget for a new 4k tv. I only want low input lag tv with decent quality, don't really know much tbh. Low ping but packet loss

I'm having packet loss issue for 2 days already (between 0.xx - 2% from speed test result). Internet speed and ping are normal like usual though. Is this a unifi problem? I don't think my modem is faulty but I'm not sure what to do. It's causing connection drop in online games.

Does anyone know where to buy ear pads replacement for this headset? I love its sound quality but the ear pads material feel like shit... gets hot very easily (even with air-con) and the leather don't feel very durable

PS5 LAN cable error?

Anyone else have this issue where your PS5 says "LAN cable disconnected" then immediately afterwards it says "LAN cable connected"? I tried 2 different cables but still same problem. Usually happens after booting the console from rest mode. Not sure if software or hardware problem.

I was moving my stuff to a new table and cleaning etc. After I finished I forgot if I set up the cables to my unifi modem correctly. Now the globe icon is red and I can't connect to the internet (says no connection)

Unifi orange modem blue light

So my unifi modem wifi symbol (earth symbol) has been blinking blue light for two days now. Usually it's just yellow like all the other lights. The connection seems fine but I'm trying to find out what the blue light means. Couldn't google it so I tried to use their live chat but the service agent didn't know how to answer me (unbelievable).

Does anyone know if something's wrong with my modem?
