How to file income tax (e-B)

Hello guys, I would like to know how to file e-B income tax myself without accountant. Last year I let a local accountant to help me submit income tax but turned out many categories were not filled in such as tax relief category. To be honest, if that accountant was anyhow did it and charged me few hundred bucks, why not I do it myself.
I run a small business(sole proprietor) and last year’s total sales were higher than expected. Can I just follow back my previous income tax file to fill in the details? Many thanks.

How much do I need to buy a shop?

Hello, may I know how much money do I need to make to buy a shop?(e.g 1mil)
I just took over my father’s business and the first year(last year) total profit was about 100k. But last year income tax I submitted was 60k after the auditor cut down using his method. He told me for that tax income amount, I might only can get a house loan between 500k-600k. And I heard the internet says that everyone should get a ccris/ctos summary to apply house loan/credit card, so I applied a 20k 4% 5 year loan for no reason.
This year’s sales is better than last year but I have spent more than 70k for small renovation of my shop and my parents afterlife property(no tax exemption)
My siblings keep telling me to buy a shop, not a house because of the loan limitation. I am now living with my parents, have a shop (paid off and ownership shared with my sister) and a house(under my name) in Chinese village(got tenant)
Mine is sole proprietorship and not private limited company.
Also I give my parents 3k every month, but my father keeps asking for more which I won’t because he did my family dirty in the past, he spent most of his money on chicks since I was young and got conned 6years ago(I told him not to give the guy called himself a property investor and has agong friend but he didn’t listen to me, ended up 500k gone) he was brain washed by that con man, he applied shark loan, and tried to sell the shop to get money. My siblings and I(back then I only get 1.5k from my dad) were managed to pay off the shark loan and transferred the ownership of the property to me and my sister to prevent my father doing something stupid in the future. He didn’t even thank us and never mention about it.

So the question is how much income tax should I pay to get higher housing loan?(for example 1mil) thanks a lot.

Desktop having problem

Hello guys, i need your help with my pc problem, last month i was playing dota2 and suddenly the screen freeze , i then restart and play again. But two days later when i turned the power on, it went off and on every 3 seconds. I can hear the start up beep sound. It is an old pc with rtx 2060 ti and 8 gb ram, a used ssd and a hdd. Please assist
