WIFi not stable!

I using a Dell Computer which bought 1 year ago. Recently i discover some problem during the usage of WI-FI.
i need someone to help me to solve the problem.
the problem is sometimes i bring out my laptop and go to starbuck to start to use its wifi. i cant connect. The laptop show no internet access. But other ppl stil can enjoying the wifi and even my iphone oso can use.
i already faced this problems a few time.
i just need some expert to told me wat is the issue....

Chosing Landed property now or later?/

as topic i stated...i'm looking for a house ...probably is landed property, with much possible is terrace or link house...
my requirement of house:
budget: 600K - 800 K, top up a bit is ok if area is good
how big ? probably around 1500 to 2000...
possible area: damansara

old house or new house oso can....
so now i looking bandar utama area n kota damansara area....
so ..i would like to heard some suggestion over this two area n some recommend??
would it better to buy these area property as earlier as possible???
