Hi all,

I am planning to sell my Macbook pro 2017 model. 13 inch. No scratches or dents as it was kept in tip top condition.

However, the screen is experiencing Flexgate issue and needs to be replaced.

Previously I tried selling on carousell and realise most buyers don't care about the screen as most likely they want it for spare parts.

What is a good price to sell to these buyers looking for spare parts?

Specs are 8GB memory, 126GB storage. i5 processor.

I am thinking of RM3700. Original price was RM6800.

My macbook is dying so i decided to get a 15 inch laptop. After many review youtube videos, I have decided to get the Dell XPS 15 over MSI Stealth/Prestige 15

Looking to get the RM7799

My question is, in Dell, it says it is "New" but then then there are stories of a 2020 model coming out soon using the 10th gen processors.

Question is

1. Is it worth waiting for the new model or choose the supposedly "new" options on dell site now
2. Are there any difference with 9th gen 17 vs 10h gen i7?
