Valid Reasons For Murder Charges

Recently drink driving causing death was a hot topic in Malaysia. And even though there is existing penal code for that, I understood that there was one case, a murder charge was used as well. Is this first in the world?

Would like to ask opinions on food poisoning. What if a food seller or producer causes death by poisoning a person? Is that considered as a murder? If yes why? If no, why?

https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2020...m-dies#cxrecs_s

It was reported expired eggs. And sometimes contaminated materials, , overuse of boric acid, etc. All these indicating negligence even though not intentional. The same as drink driving - I am sure when a person drink driving, the intention is not to kill someone.

How about those bus drivers who cause deaths because of speeding? How about Boeing which faulty plane causing death?
