I have Myvi. It has a CD player, but no USB port.
I have some audiobooks which are about 4 hours long, in mp3 format.
I have tried burning the audio books onto CD-r, but no success.
I have tried burning as "MP3 CD". It does not work.
I haven't tried burning as "Audio CD". Because the audio CD would only allow 80 minutes in one CD, so I'd need to burn 4 CDs to complete the entire 4 hours. I'd very much like to keep the entire audio book in a single CD if possible.

Difference RapidKL Utama, Bandar and Tempatan

What's the difference between RapidKL Utama, Bandar and Tempatan? They have different fares.
Example, if I travel from 1 Utama to Kelana LRT is considered which category?
If I travel from LRT Universiti to Midvalley is which category?
The monthly pass for LRT train can also use for LRT bus?

I won this PS4 console from a campaign. It's been delivered to me yesterday. I'd like to sell it as it is, brand new, packaging still wrapped. See photo.

No taxes on Capital Gain and Dividend Income

In Malaysia, there's no capital gains tax on the capital gain of stock and there's also no income tax on the dividend received.
Is there any developed countries that is also like this?
I read somewhere in the US there's capital gains tax on the stock and income tax on dividend, so even though the US stock market is outperforming the Malaysia stock market however the after tax gain might be less.

Update based on replies in thread: Malaysian tax resident buying stocks in following countries.

Malaysia: No capital gains tax. No income tax on dividend. Got 10% witholding tax on REITs.
US: No capital gains tax if fill in form W-8 BEN form. Dividend tax at 30% (15% if got treaty).
Singapore: No capital gains tax. Most dividend tax exempted.

Impact of Crude Oil Slump on Student Rental Market

Hi, do you think there is any impact on the student rental market? Example properties located near universities rent out properties to foreign students. Example from Africa, Middle East, China etc. So when the crude price drop, what impacts will there be?

1. Will these oil exporting countries send less students to Malaysia?
2. Will it impact student abilities to afford or pay rental?

Or... there's no impact?

Do you currently have any of tenants from Middle East and Africa? Are they dependent on the oil money or money from government or scholarships?

I just wonder if the government in Middle East and Africa will send less student overseas because of the low crude oil price. If they send less foreign students overseas, then the student population in universities will drop, and there will be less students to rent the properties around the universities.

I'd like to know what is the minimum share a partner can have?
Is it possible for a LLP to have 2 partners, whereby Partner A contributes all the capital and owns all the profit, while partner B is just a silent and passive partner with no capital contribution and no profit sharing?

I am confused about the LTV 70% on residential property.
Is the LTV 70% imposed when "I buy the 3rd residential property onwards" or "I get a 3rd residential property onwards"?
Example: I own 2 fully paid residential property. I have no other residential property loan. Now I want to buy a 3rd residential property, but it will be my first residential property loan. So...

1. Am I capped at 70% value (because it is my 3rd Property)
2. Not capped at 70%. Can still get 90% because it is my first residential loan.
