How do you all deal with workplace culture clash?

Hi all, I am a Mobile Application Developer and got lucky to jumpshipped to a new company before this whole MCO begins. I got a total of 30% increase of salary since my first job. So after working for 2 months, I found out that the whole culture is so different from my previous company, a software house, where the procedures are strictly executed and everyone knows what everyone is doing. Although always have to OT and impossible deadline, I find it happy working there because I learnt a lot of things and make a lot of friends (company hires a lot of fresh graduates). The new job I currently landed, yes the pay is high and I liked it, is not a software house, the environment is stressed free also, but I cannot tolerate the attitude of the colleagues there. The working procedure is a mess, with poor attitude, this cannot be done that also cannot be done. I love my work, don't get me wrong, but I prefer a stressed environment where I can be productive. Besides that, recently I found out that one of my colleagues is taking credit from the work I had done and I don't know what can I do since I just entered. I don't know if I am not used to it or I just don't know what I want. Thinking to quit after my probation ends because I am stupid to signed a contract with a headhunter which don't allow me to leave after working 6 months. Can anyone give me some suggestions?
