HELP! disgusted by car workshop

hi, i would need advise on how to deal / complaint with the car workshop who help me to submit receipts and documents for insurance claim.

my situation: i met an accident and made the fixes myself with receipts and called my insurance agent and he asigned a car workshop to help me submitting the claim, when the claim is out, i only got 50% of the claim submitted and NOW the workshop wants 30% out of my claim approved! i barely even able to cover my repair cost. Worse still is that the workshop did nothin but just call the adjuster and submit docs. Even when i have to take AL just to get the adjustor to access my car, the workshop did nothing again.

so, how can i reduce the 30% handling charges by the workshop, or just minimum fee, or organisation to complaint. thanks

I will need HKD end of the year, and was wondering should i convert my money to RMB now and end of the year only convert it to HKD? since RM is getting weaker?

Hey ppl, any idea when Lumix FX55 is available in Malaysia? also, which is better? i prefer slim and stylish especially the red T100 but heard a lot bad comment on it. sigh.
