House too humid

I am currently staying with my parents in a 25+ years old house. Whole day the house feels like an oven because parents closed all ventilation holes because "dust". I am not even staying in a dusty area. With no ventilation holes and sealed windows plus few water tanks, my house is a super humid place with humidity up to 70% in the kitchen.

Any solution besides turning on the aircon? Electricity bill is already around rm 400 per month with night usage of aircon only

May I know how to fix or anything to install to reduce the humidity? My parents stuffed newspaper onto the ventilation holes cause they are afraid of dust. Closed all window because they are afraid of dust. No air con either....

Hi all. I am new to property investment and would like to dabble in the idea of it. I get that the end goal of property investment is for easy retirement. And the cashflow generated from tenants can pay for your installments. Even tho sometimes its negative cashflow, in the end of 30 years, you still get a property with lower capital injections. I just want to ask what is the exit strategy? After 30 years sell the condominium? I guess the condo would be old and dirty and no one would buy a subsale 30 yo condominium right?

Ending Tenancy Agreement

Hi folks, my tenancy agreement in KL is ending this coming July and I would like to move back to my place in Subang as there's really no point in renting an apartment since everything is work from home. Do I just take the tenancy agreement to the police station to acquire a letter for roadblocks? I need to move twice as my stuff in my apartment is quite a lot.
