How do u define success in career?

I believe success come in many form of version, but what about career?

A : Someone who graduated in top uni -> goes to top MNC -> became a manager -> well known -> good job prospect and comfortable income -> potential to be a director in top MNC company

B : Someone who graduated in mediocre uni -> start his own small SME business -> nobody knows him apart from his industry people -> able to make millions but if business closed down, he starts from zero (apart from having millions of cash - assuming B doesn’t spend)

Which is considered more successful?

Note : A is below B in net-worth but A can easily get a well paid job if he gets fired/resigned but B might need to restart his whole business career

I have this old employee that serve the company since the start but recently she’s been acting strange. Some of my company data is missing.

I suspect its my employee and someone gave me a secret info that she’s been selling company data to other company.

We been operating on privacy and data has been super important to us.
