1st case:
When item not delivered but stated at delivered. I raise the case and the next day received the order.

2nd case:
When received the item, the quantity in the box is different from what I order. It should be 4 pieces instead of 1. Seller change the title and description after that.

As attached is the screenshot when I ordered the item. The title is "Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm". Before I order, I did check the description stated as below:
What’s in the box 4 pcs Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm

When I order:
What’s in the box 4 pcs Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm

After I received the order, the title changed to "1 pcs Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm" and the description stated as below:
What’s in the box 1 pc Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm

When I click on the order link, the description changed to the latest information:
What’s in the box 1 pc Heavy Duty Nylon Garage Door Roller Wheel Ball Sealed Bearing 105mm

So I raise the return and refund but was rejected by Seller. Then I go for dispute and rejected by Lazada.

Any expert in Lazada can help?

Why bother to post when not all prepaid package not able to use it? Please don't cheat the consumer.

Digi FAKE 1GB for Education

It suppose let student use Internet 1GB for free to let them enter the Google classroom to do their homework. Can't even access and end up paying Internet for it.
