Scam on Lazada

I’ve been a loyal Lazada user for over 11 years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this.

I recently purchased a washing machine on Lazada from a seller offering free shipping. Although the seller had no product reviews, I decided to proceed cautiously. I contacted both Lazada and the seller to verify the product’s authenticity. The seller assured me that the washing machine was original, sealed, and covered by a 1-year local manufacturer warranty, so I placed the order.

However, just a few hours later, my order was suddenly cancelled. I received an email stating it was due to “incorrect pricing.” Shortly after, I received a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be from Lazada, asking me to make a payment to a Lazada bank account so they could deliver the washing machine the next day. I refused.

Before I rejected the message, they sent me my personal information via WhatsApp — including my full name, address, and phone number, to confirm if the billing and shipping details were correct.

Now, I’m genuinely concerned that our personal information may have been leaked to scammers. Could this pose a risk? Should I make a police report?

Hi, I would like to purchase 100 pieces plastic containers from a factory in Johor but the factory doesnt provide delivery service. I'm now at Penang and don't think can drive there to buy. Is there anyway I can arrange a pick up service to get the item at Johor and deliver to me at Penang? Anyone has similar experience here?

Instagram FAILED SYSTEM

Ran into a problem trying to create a business account on Instagram, where I had a change in mind in certain details and phone number associated with the account. Deleted the account and reregistered a new account only to find out their system flagged me as violating their terms and banned me from continuing to verify the account.

Now the problem begins, think due to the downsize of staff in the recent economy, instagram REMOVED all kinds of contact support (claiming to go automated), where there is no way to get help and verification as I want to use back the same business email for that account.

1Tried pressing appeal on their log in screen as instructed, NOTHING happened!
2.searched help.instagram and elsewhere for forms to fill in, NONE!
3.Tried using the facebook account associated with the same email to log in on instagram, UNABLE!
4.asking bard and chat gpt on solution. NONE. Only left method recommended was to contact instagram through other social media like twitter etc. (which I doubt they might help)

Any kind soul out there who knows of a solution to this?

Hi all, I did a wisdom tooth removal on January 2021 and afterthat around end of March 2021 my second molar started to have discomfort (feeling like nerve is pulling) when I bite down, so I went to a dentist to have the cavity removed and filled up. And the dentist said if the discomfort/pain is still there, the only way to save it is Root Canals Treatments (RCT).

The discomfort is still there after a month, I went to another old dentist to do Xray. The dentist helped me to remove the previous fillings and put a temporary fillings on it. After roughly a month, the discomfort/pain is still there, because I couldn't wait it longer, I asked for permanent fillings on it. So the dentist did it for me.

The discomfort/pain is still there but after a few visits to the dentist for lowering down the fillings, my tooth feels better. Very little discomfort/pain and I can bite soft food on it. The old dentist told me my tooth could be cracked.

So after like a few months, I discover that my tooth sometimes feel pain at night or whenever I'm tired.. and I can't bite hard food on it. However, I do feel the pain comes and go, sometimes it's bearable, sometimes not really bearable.

I feel like I need to do something about it because I can't keep a problematic tooth like this.

Now my questions are:

1. Have any of you have the same experience like me? Is RCT the only way to treat it? If not, is there any other way?
2. If my tooth is really cracked, can dentists detects it? Can dentists just remove the cracked part and fill it back? My Xray shows that my pulp all seems ok. I'm not sure.
3. Should I seek for Endodontist advices instead of going to dentists?
4. If RCT is needed, is going to an Endodontist specialist better than dentists? (as I heard many RCT failures ended up retreatment with endodontist.)
5. Can you suggests me any dentist/endodontist you know that's good?

Please help and share your experience with me. Thank you.

The property is owned by me and my siblings, now we would like to have their names removed and only leaving mine as the sole owner of the property.
