Looking for Airbnb Business Partner to Expand

Hello, I have a few properties (& will be looking to buy more) that I am currently using for Long term rental, Short term rental (Airbnb). I am looking for a reliable partner with good business acumen, to expand and setup / manage the short term rental business across the other platforms, namely Agoda, Traveloka, Bookings.com, Homeaway, etc via synchronised calendar (if a guest is booked Property A on Airbnb, the same calendar is blocked across all platforms). I have my maid to handle the cleaning and guests turnover, but as you know she lacks in technological know-how and communication in other languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, English, BM written and oral required to communicate with the multi-national guests) on the short term rental platforms.

Due to my other commitments, I do not have the time to expand the listings across the other short term rental platforms, and I know there is a lot of money to be made. Also, because of the economy collapse and implosion, I will be looking to buy more subsale properties at attractive prices and rent out for income stream. All these while, I do not need to expand to the other listings, because the demand on Airbnb platform itself is good enough to fill up my calendar. However, with the MCO travel restrictions and possibly low business prospects in the near future, I would like to find a parter to expand my existing properties to the various short term rental platforms (other than Airbnb). No high initial investment is required, and maybe only a small commitment fee if you are keen and would like to join venture to corner the short term rental business with me. But you will need to be willing to learn / or have the experience to manage to other platforms.

Also, I may be looking to sell part of my business, aka the properties, if the price is right (premium of >20% above market), I do not need cash urgently, but I have many great deals in today's depressed market & it would be nice to unlock some of them with the added cashflow.
