They will start paying for their home loan&#39;s installment next month but they not yet to received the keys. According to their lawyer, if 6 months after paying the installment and if they still did not receive the keys. They should consider not to buy the house.<br /><br />Wondering if there is anything that they can do to speed up the name transfer process?<br /><br />I am quite worry because I too bought a 2nd hand property but i am waiting for my bank to release the full payment to my seller.<br /><br />Please help.
