need help from sifus out there :

I wish to upgrade my 5years old PC for my Architecture study. And due to my limited and outdated knowledge of IT, I really need u guys to help me out. I need all the system (HDD, Motherboard, RAM, Graphic card, Casing, etc) and the only thing I have now is my monitor. The main usage for the PC is AUtoCad, Sketchup, 3D architectural software, Rendering software) and I dont care about gaming, sound or whatever which is unrelated to my study. And I have only 1.5k-2k budget to spend

guys~ I need help

this is the case, I have an Ipod Touch and a celcom broadband. I heard that there is a device where we could put our internet simcard into it then it will produce wifi signal. thus we can use the signal emitted to on9 using our phone/ipod or etc. But the thing is, I dont know what were the device called. I tried to google and search everywhere but yet failed to come out with the exact word.
Is the device exist?/what is the name of the device plus where can I get it??

HELP~~HELP

guys..recently i formated my pc after some problem occurred and forgot to make backup for my important files which i saved in "My Document"..as the solution i installed a recovery tools "Recovery My Files" and succeed o recovering my jpeg files..but somehow there are some of the jpeag files that i cannot open..is it corrupted???how can i get back the files that i want..the saddest thing is..i am a photographer..and need those files for my client...

I own a nokia 6300 that i bought from UK last year..the problem is,i found there is one black mark on the screen of my phone and it looks like it was break but somehow it doesnt..looks like there are scratch on the surface..but it weird..cause i dont drop the phone..and i never open it myself..

anyone help me please...what is the cause of the problem??and if there any way to fix it..if i have to fix it..how much does it cost..

i used MSI k9n ultra MS 7250 version 2.1 for my motherboard..the item i bought about 2-3 years ago and unfortunately it was broken..

so the question is, what is the suitable motherboard considering the best spec that can I get~~~regardless of its brand..as long it meets my budget which is below rm250..

spec for my pC

-AMD athlon
-PCIE --yhe brand is colourful or something--im not sure
-DDR ram
