Any Condo near LRT Kelana Jaya Line around 400-50

Hi guys, my new job requires me to travel into KLCC area. So in conjuction with that, I'm thinking of buying a property condo that is near any of the Kelana Jaya LRT Station line for easier access into KLCC. As of now, it would take me an hour and 30mins just to get into KL, by taking the Putra Heights line.

I'm looking for property prices between 400 to 550k.new or subsale is okay.

So far what I've fund that might interest me is Pacific Place Ara Damansara.
Any recommendation would be appreciated.

Wedding Gown Rental

Hi all,

I am looking for a palace in Selangor/KL that carries dresses like that of Meghan Markle. Most of the dresses here in Malaysia are ballroom style or A line design. We are looking for something simple, yet classy. Any help or recommendation would be welcome. Thanks!

How to approach being underpaid

Hi base on all the data points I've gathered, recruiters and colleagues. I'm currently being underpaid by 30 to 50% when compared to the market. I recently just found another job, haven't had the offer letter yet but am at the point of salary negotiation. At the same, I'm also in the process of a performance review by my current company, and my manager has indicated that I'll be promoted, but we have not discuss about salary yet.

My question is, How would you approach the potential employer given that I know my worth is 50% more than what I'm currently being paid now and I might possibly get a increment from my current company?

I don't think it's an unreasonable asked for my potentially new employer base on the asking amount. But since the culture in Malaysia is usually increment base on last drawn salary, it's a little tough asking for 50% increment.

Any suggestion how I should approach my potential employer with salary negotiation?

Hi, with BNM cutting interest rate recently again. What is the highest/best high yield savings account currently that you are using? and why? I am using OCBC 360 now, but am thinking of switching to Privilege Savings Account.
