Hire Girl To Seduce Guy

I'm looking to engage the service of a girl to seduce a guy. I'm willing to pay a four figure sum to the right girl who can do this. I believe this job will take 2-3 months time. Confirmation of success is if you can get him to kiss you and that's it. No need to bed him.

Why you should do this?
1. If you want to earn some money.

2. If you are single and don't mind knowing a nice guy (I'm not paying you to seduce me). The target is good looking (accoding to my friends) and is fit (works out alot). All his friends say he is a nice guy. So who knows, if you accept this job offer you might even fall for him and nab an awesome guy while earning cash.

3. He will most likely pay for your meals for dates etc. So you get to go out meet a nice guy and hangout

What are the requirements?
1. You should be between 26-31. He is in his early 30s.
2. You should be fit, he likes fit girls.
3. You are presentable and pretty (sorry but to ensure success seduce, you just hv to meet this criteria)
4. You must be willing to commit at least 2-3 months time for this or if you can seduce him earlier then the better

How will the engagement work?
1. We will work out some payment structure depending on milestones met. I.e.: If you successfully get his interest to text you daily, I'll pay you a portion of our agreed amount. If you score a first date, second date etc...more payment.

Why am I doing this?
I'll tell you in private if you are successfully shortlisted.

If you treat this as a pure business transaction, your engagement ends once he kisses you. If you somehow fall for him, you can proceed and go all the way with him and I'll still pay you the agreed amount.

PM me if you are interested. This offer is for one girl only.

Long Term vs Short Term Car Loan

I'm planning to get a RM55k loan for a new car. After deducting my monthly expenses, I have about RM3.6k left. I have never taken any loans or own a car before, so I'd like to get some feedbacks and opinions on the loan duration I should be taking.

I used ringgitplus.com to get these figures.

So if I get a RM55k car loan, the monthly repayment figures would be as follow:
3 years loan - RM 1643
5 years loan - RM 1032
7 years loan - RM 770

If I go for a 7 years loan, during the first 3 years period I would be able to save RM100k versus RM70k if taking 3 years loan. The 7 years loan period will allow me to save extra money in the short term period, which I can use for the down payment of a house.

As I'm planning to get a house in the future, I think a longer term car loan can probably help me in saving enough cash for a down payment faster. Any other things I should be taking into consideration as well or anything I missed out?

Thanks.

Decline offer after signing contract

Hi, I've signed a contract with a company on the 2nd week of April and I should be starting on 1 June 2010. However I have now received a better offer which I want to accept. I've told the first company that I do not wish to join them anymore. However, the manager of the company wrote to me "We reserved our legal right in claiming damages against you for breaching of contract."

In the contract itself there is no mention of me needing to pay them damages for declining before start of employment after signing. The closest is probably the immediate notice clause during the first 3 months of employment. The only investment they made on me so far was the fee they paid to apply for a working visa. The manager stated lots of stuffs like "projects delayed, rejected numerous candidates etc".

The question is, do they have the rights to sue me for breach of contract? When the contract itself made no mention of such a situation. The worst is probably I offer to pay for the fee incurred for working pass application. Please advice...

Thanks

Passion vs Big Name Company

I received 2 job offers in Singapore

1. FXMM Operations Analyst - RBS
2. IT Business Analyst - Synergix Pte Ltd

Role 1
Description: Job is basically trade support type work - settlement , confirmation etc.

What I like: Huge MNC better growth opportunity, company encourages internal mobility - after 2 years probably can move to different teams, better benefits. Not necessary my career objective but maybe can be team leader and slowly move up the ranks. Key is advance

What I don't like: Trade support is routine and repetitive work. It's the type of role banks offshore/outsource these days. As skill set is quite narrow and specialized only in trade support area, might have issues finding job in other fields especially if I want to return to Msia one day, not sure if there's need for this sort of position

Role 2
Description: Work with external clients for requirements gathering, developers and development and provide post implementation support

What I like: I like working on projects, meeting with external clients (possible oversea travel) and would like to be a project manager and this role can prepare for this path. More chances to make a difference as I can be the guy who can make significant contributions to the growth of the company.

What I don't like: It's a small company with 20-30 headcounts with not much progression opportunity. So I'll probably have to stay 2-3 years for the experience and then move to other companies. As this is a small company, it might be difficult to make the big jump again. I've never worked in such a small company (currently working in a bigger company than RBS) and I'm not sure how's the environment in small companies. Example: If the big boss doesn't like me, he can probably fire me anytime (that's stated in the contract - immediate notice). Benefits lesser compared to MNC

Pay for both almost the same

Need some advice, don't know how to choose.

uTorrent + Wireless Router Port Forward

Wireless Router: SMC
Application: uTorrent 1.8.1
OS: Vista

I am connected to the router using wireless. My download speed for uTorrent is less than 1kbps even though uTorrent shows more than 50 peers. Below are my settings:

Settings in uTorrent:
Options > Preferences > Connection >
1. Port for incoming connections: 6112
2. Enable UPnP port mapping: unchecked
3. Enable NAT-PMP port mapping: checked
4. Randomize port each start: unchecked
5. Add Windows Firewall exception: checked

Router Setup
Nat > Virtual Server
Lan Address: 192.168.2.123
Protocol Type: TCP
Lan Port: 6112
Public Port: 6112
Enable: Checked

Vista Static IP Setup
1. TCP/IPv4 :
Use the following IP Address:
- IP Address: 192.168.2.123
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1

Use the following DNS Server:
- Preferred DNS Server: 192.168.2.1

I believe the settings are correct. However, when I run "Test if port is properly forwarded" in uTorrent, it says that "port 6112 is not opened on 321.134.11.235". I checked in PortForward.com that my external IP is 321.134.10.210. So I'm baffled what is actually wrong here? Does it have anything to do with wireless or vista? Previously I was connected on cable and used XP and all was fine.

I hope there are experts here who can help me. Many thanks!

Ipod + Shure SE310 earphone

Ipods are not the best when it come to audio quality but it has a sleek and attractive design. Audio quality is average but if I buy a Shure SE310 earphone (very expensive) will it enhance the audio quality and give a much better listening experience? You might want to say I can get a better mp3 if I can fork out for a Shure SE310 but I like my Ipod Nano as it's simple in design and the engraving I had on it

Anyone tried matching these two together? Thanks.

How to ask a girl out in a 2 minute conversation?

Say you walked into McDonalds and you see this hot McD chick at the door greeting you. Wow she's hot! You want a date with her but how? The only way is to ask her at that moment because that could be your one and only chance (she might not be there anymore tmr). All you have is probably 2 minutes? Rmb she's on duty. Now what do you say to her in the short 2 minutes to get her agree to a date?

"Hi, I think you're pretty, can I ask you out for a date?" Personally I've tried it twice and the stats are 1 agreed, 1 rejected.

Guys, share some of your killer 100% can pick up lines.
How about some inputs from the female's perspective as well?
