ISP/package: Tmnet RM77, 1mbps streamyx
Location: Penang, Bayan Lepas
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Ya, but it not helping though.

Personal equipment
Modem: ZTE ZXDSL 831
Router: Linksys BEFW11S4
Firewall used: Window xp default firewall

First occurence of problem: 1 week ago
Problem frequency: everyday
Problem description: Hi, i am experiencing problem wif tmnet streamyx recently, since last week i am experiencing problem wif my connection and even yahoo takes more than 10 sec to load. Before that it's ok,. I am sure that i din make any changes to the setting. I have done my speedtest and the results return only 74.64Kbits dl speed but upload speed remains ok wif 364.64 Kbits, is anyone there can help? i appreciate it. Thx
